BMKS Support Every Woman Who Plays
Vision
Building a healthy nation and excellence in women’s sports through talent hunting, training, practice and competitive participation in local and international fields.

Mission
Increasing the reputation of women’s sports in the local and international field by creating skilled players through training, as well as the development and improvement of sports among Bangladeshi girls and women.
We aim to
- Make sports accessible for girls across Bangladesh.
- Support young athletes with training and guidance.
- Remove barriers that limit women's participation in sports
- Make sports rewarding for women by providing a clear path to career and vocation.
Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment and Bullying
We uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy against sexual harassment, abuse, and bullying in any form. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and equal-opportunity environment for all athletes, officials, coaches, and staff. Bangladesh Mohila Krira Sangstha believes that dignity, respect, and integrity are non-negotiable values in sports. To ensure accountability and transparency, we have established a five-member Complaints Committee to receive, investigate, and address complaints confidentially and fairly. Every individual has the right to participate in sports without fear, discrimination, or harassment, and BMKS stands firmly to protect that right.
A Future Led By Confident Women Athletes
- Ensure a harassment and bullying-free environment.
- Create awareness among Parents and families about the importance of sports.
- Create a nation where every girl can play without fear.
Equal Opportunities for All
BMKS believes that every woman and girl deserves the same opportunity to participate in sports, regardless of her background or location. We work to ensure equal access to training, facilities, competitions, and leadership roles. By promoting fairness at every level, we help create a sports culture where talent is valued over barriers, and where women can grow, compete, and succeed on equal ground.

Foundation training with BKSP to Building the Basics
We offer foundation courses in association with Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prathshthan (BKSP) to introduce girls and women to sports in a structured and supportive environment. The Foundation training is designed for beginners in five disciplines: swimming, Table tennis, Gymnastics, Football and Cricket. These courses focus on teaching essential skills, rules, and techniques while encouraging teamwork, discipline, and confidence. The goal is to lay a strong foundation for aspiring athletes and help them develop both physically and mentally, preparing them for higher levels of training and competition.

BMKS actively works with government bodies, sports authorities, and partner organizations to strengthen opportunities for girls and women in sports. Through responsible lobbying, we raise our voice for fair policies, equal access, and better support systems for female athletes. At the same time, we collaborate with NGOs, educational institutions, and community groups to deliver training programs, competitions, and long-term development initiatives. Together, these partnerships help create a safer, stronger, and more inclusive future for women’s sports across Bangladesh.
